Financial Statement Preparation

We take financial information provided by our clients and compile Notice to Reader financial statements in order to prepare corporate income tax returns. We also use the financial statements to have meaningful discussions regarding operations of the company and future goals.

We do not audit the client’s financial information, however, we prepare the necessary adjustments to ensure the financial statements are not false or misleading.

Corporate Tax Planning and Preparation

Our goal is to minimize taxes by looking at the long term horizon for our clients, not just the current year. Every situation is unique and there are many factors that we take into consideration when making our recommendations. Personal taxes are integrated with corporate tax planning as the decisions impact both.
